These are not meant for any low top style shoes. - TARGET STRETCH: This stretcher is designed to raise the HEIGHT of the instep and vamp area and will NOT affect the width. It helps relieve the pressure on top of your foot with tight fitting shoes. Once inserted into your shoes, take your time & go slow when stretching. We suggest leaving it for 8 hours or the following day. - PREMIUM MATERIALS: Our Premium Boot & Instep Raiser was designed using premium materials to make stretching your footwear easy. The foot piece was constructed using superior quality hard wood that won’t harm the materials of your footwear while in use. These were design to fit flat soled boots and are best for hiking, platform, combat, and ankle boots. Cannot be use on steel or rubber toed boots.
